Information Technology Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and tech-savvy fresher to join our team as IT Business Analyst. This role is ideal for recent graduates who have a passion for technology and are keen to build a career as functional consultant. You will be trained and guided to understand operations, system functionality, and support processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring and supporting the WMS application used in daily warehouse operations
• Learn and provide Level 1 support for WMS-related queries and issues
• Support basic troubleshooting of order flow, inventory issues, and system integration errors
• Coordinate with senior team members to implement changes or improvements in the system
• Maintain user access, help with configuration tasks, and update support documentation
• Participate in internal training sessions and shadow experienced engineers
• Support the team in documenting SOPs, FAQs, and common troubleshooting steps
• Learn to analyze system logs and develop problem-solving skills
• Understand warehouse workflows like inbound, outbound, and inventory management

Required Skills &

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Basic understanding or coursework in WMS, ERP systems, or warehouse/logistics operations
• Strong interest in IT systems and operational support roles
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
