Information Technology Associate

As an IT Support Associate at our company, your role will involve managing internal tools, supporting day-to-day software operations, and assisting team members with basic technical issues. This position is ideal for someone early in their career who is enthusiastic about learning and advancing in IT and SaaS support. Some key responsibilities you will have in this role include: - Assisting in managing and provisioning access for various SaaS tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Notion. - Providing L1 support for basic software and system issues on Windows, macOS, and mobile devices. - Handling account setup, password resets, permissions changes, and general troubleshooting. - Monitoring and supporting basic IT policies like MFA, SSO, password protocols, and device security. - Logging and tracking tickets, maintaining documentation, and updating internal IT records. - Assisting with installation, configuration, and onboarding of new tools and applications. - Communicating effectively with internal teams to understand issues and provide timely resolution. In terms of qualifications, we are looking for someone with: - 1+ year of experience in IT support, customer support, or a related technical role (internship experience is welcome). - Basic understanding of SaaS tools, user accounts, and system troubleshooting. - Familiarity with Google Workspace or similar productivity tools. - Good communication skills, patience, and a problem-solving attitude. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. - Willingness to learn and explore automation or improvements over time.
