Information Technology Generalist

About the Role We’re looking for a versatile IT Generalist who can take ownership of our end-to-end tech environment — from user support and infrastructure to systems health and IT operations. You’ll be the go-to person keeping our hardware, software, and network systems running seamlessly. If you enjoy solving problems, working across multiple platforms, and keeping things secure, stable, and well-documented, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Provide prompt Tier 1 & Tier 2 support for hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues Set up new users with laptops, accounts, and access across internal systems Troubleshoot and maintain performance across multiple OS environments (Windows, macOS, Linux) Oversee system health, hardware upkeep, and basic network configurations (VPN, DNS, firewall settings) Monitor endpoints and proactively flag performance, security, or compliance concerns Support on-site equipment like AV systems, access control devices, and general office IT infrastructure Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement, warranty issues, and asset tracking Maintain clear, up-to-date internal IT documentation and access records Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or generalist roles Comfortable working with both hardware and software environments in fast-moving setups Familiar with security best practices around device access, internal tools, and endpoint safety Can explain complex IT problems in simple terms and work calmly under pressure Strong attention to detail — you're the type to catch and fix things before others notice Curious and growth-oriented — whether it's scripting, cybersecurity, or automation, you're always learning Show more Show less
