Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Information Technology Associate, located in Bengaluru. The Information Technology Associate will be responsible for managing and supporting IT infrastructure, assisting with cloud computing tasks, ensuring smooth operations of IT systems, and providing technical support to end-users. Daily tasks include managing Windows environments, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality IT services.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Information Technology
• Proficiency in Cloud Computing
• Experience with Windows environments
• Excellent Communication skills
• Relevant certifications in IT or Cloud Computing are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

**Preferred Location**

This is a remote role, but we prefer candidates based around Bangalore, Karnataka, or anywhere in India who can travel to Bangalore occasionally for meetings or team gatherings (once a month or once a quarter).
