Key Responsibilities

Influencer Discovery & Outreach

• Identify, onboard, and manage relevant creators aligned with the brand’s aesthetic and values.
• Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets with creators and agencies.

Campaign Planning & Execution

• Plan monthly/quarterly influencer calendars tied to product launches, festive campaigns, and key brand moments.
• Coordinate product seeding, gifting, and paid/barter collaborations.

Content Strategy

• Brief creators with storytelling guidelines that highlight product USPs.
• Curate and repurpose top-performing content for ads, emailers, and website.

Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and influencer agencies.
• Stay updated on trends, reels formats, and viral hooks.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor campaign metrics including reach, engagement, ROI, and conversions.
• Provide actionable insights to optimize influencer strategy.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in influencer marketing for D2C, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
• Existing network of creators across beauty, lifestyle, wellness, etc. is a strong plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Data-driven with experience using analytics tools (Instagram Insights, Bitly, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Highly organized with strong project management skills.
