Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

• Plan and run campaigns across digital and marketplace platforms.
• Manage budgets and optimize for revenue, CAC, and ROAS.
• Conduct A/B tests on creatives, copies, audiences, and funnels.

Analytics & Optimization

• Track performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
• Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies.
• Optimize marketplace visibility and campaigns for better conversions.

Collaboration & Content

• Coordinate with brand and design teams for high-performing creatives.
• Recommend improvements to enhance campaign effectiveness and growth.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in performance marketing (D2C/e-commerce preferred).
• Hands-on with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and AMS.
• Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, or similar).
• Proven ability to scale campaigns and improve ROAS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
