Role:

Influencer Marketer

Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with creators and talent agencies
• Negotiate contracts, deliverables, timelines, and budgets with influencers
• Collaborate with content, social media, and performance marketing teams
• Track campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare detailed reports
• Ensure brand consistency and compliance with platform and legal guidelines
• Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and creator economy insights

Must-Have Skills:

• 2-3 years experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
• Fluent with Bengali, Hindi and English languages
• Familiarity with contracts, disclosures, and brand safety practices
