Asst. Manager / Manager - Marketing Experience Required: 3-5+ years Location: Kolkata (Fulltime) About Us SVF Entertainment is a leading Media and Entertainment company in East India, with 8 National Awards to its credit and capabilities in Film and TV Production, Cinemas, Distribution, Digital Cinema, Music, and New Media. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for film releases across multiple platforms (theatrical, digital, TV, Outdoor). Lead marketing campaigns from concept to execution, including events, media buying & partnerships. Collaborate closely with production, distribution, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with film content and target demographics. Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure successful campaign delivery. Analyze market trends, audience insights, and competitive landscape to optimize marketing strategies. Oversee media buying, advertising, and promotional activities to maximize film visibility and box office performance. Build and maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders in Kolkata and beyond. Lead, mentor, and motivate the teams to achieve departmental goals. Report on campaign performance and ROI to senior management. --- Required Qualifications & Skills Minimum 3-5+ years in the Marketing / promotions in entertainment or film industry. Strong understanding of film marketing, audience behavior, and media channels in India, especially Kolkata. Proven track record in managing successful marketing campaigns. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Creative thinker with the ability to innovate marketing approaches. Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics.
