About the Role:

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive to drive creator collaborations end-to-end for our D2C lifestyle fashion brand. The role requires hands-on experience in influencer outreach, relationship management, commercial negotiations, and closing collaborations that drive brand visibility and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, shortlist, and onboard relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
• Own influencer outreach from first contact to deal closure
• Negotiate commercials, deliverables, usage rights, and timelines with creators and agencies
• Execute barter and paid collaborations aligned with brand objectives
• Coordinate with creators for content briefs, approvals, posting schedules, and deliverables
• Track campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare reports
• Build long-term relationships with influencers and creator managers
• Stay updated with influencer trends, formats, and platform changes
• Work closely with brand, performance marketing, and content teams

Requirements:

• 23 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing for a D2C, fashion, or lifestyle brand
• Strong experience in influencer outreach, negotiation, and deal closing
• Good understanding of content formats, creator pricing, and platform metrics
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced D2C environment
• On-ground experience coordinating shoots or creator campaigns is a plus
