About the Role:

Influencer Marketing Manager

You’ll play a key role in scaling our influencer strategy by working closely with content, brand, and performance marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Research, identify, and build relationships with finance-focused influencers and content creators on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Plan and manage end-to-end influencer campaigns: outreach, briefing, contracting, tracking deliverables, and ensuring on-time delivery
Collaborate with creators to develop content that aligns with our brand voice and financial messaging
Monitor campaign performance and compile reports with key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions)
Keep up with finance trends, creator economy news, and platform updates to keep campaigns relevant and impactful
Maintain an organized CRM of influencer partners and nurture long-term relationships

Requirements:

1+ year of experience in influencer marketing, ideally with creators in the finance, investing, fintech, or business niche
Strong understanding of financial content and compliance sensitivities when working with creators
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable using influencer marketing tools
Data-driven mindset with basic knowledge of campaign metrics and KPIs
Self-starter who can manage multiple projects and timelines
