Job Description

BE World is seeking a creative and strategic Influencer Marketing Manager to spearhead our influencer marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for influencer marketing, a deep understanding of social media platforms, and a proven track record of developing and executing successful influencer campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Influencer Strategy Development:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with client objectives, target audience demographics, and campaign goals.
  • Identify and evaluate suitable influencers and content creators across various social media platforms based on audience relevance, engagement metrics, and brand alignment.
  • Influencer Outreach and Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers, content creators, and talent agencies, negotiating partnerships and collaborations that align with client campaigns and objectives.
  • Manage influencer communications, contracts, and deliverables, ensuring clear expectations, timelines, and brand guidelines are communicated and upheld.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution:
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to conceptualize, plan, and execute influencer marketing campaigns that integrate seamlessly with overall marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Coordinate campaign logistics, content creation, and distribution, providing guidance and support to influencers to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and campaign objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), engagement metrics, and ROI to measure the effectiveness and impact of influencer campaigns.
  • Prepare comprehensive campaign reports and insights, providing actionable recommendations for optimization and future campaign strategies.
  • Content Creation and Amplification:
  • Collaborate with influencers and content creators to develop engaging, authentic content that resonates with target audiences and drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Amplify influencer-generated content across relevant digital channels, maximizing reach and visibility to target audiences.
  • Trend Monitoring and Industry Insights:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing, sharing insights and recommendations with internal teams and clients.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in influencer marketing strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Proven experience 2 plus in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital marketing, with a track record of developing and executing successful influencer campaigns would be a great plus.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, influencer landscape, and content trends, with the ability to identify and leverage opportunities for client campaigns.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers, content creators, and talent agencies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate campaign objectives, expectations, and brand guidelines effectively.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with client objectives and drive results.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Instagram Insights, YouTube Analytics) to track and measure campaign performance.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges in influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving trends, technologies, and client needs in the dynamic landscape of influencer marketing.
