Role Overview

Influencer Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with influencers & creators across categories
• Plan, execute, and optimize influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end
• Work closely with content, social media & brand partnerships teams to ensure seamless campaign integration
• Track campaign performance, analyze data, and generate insights for continuous improvement
• Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets with influencers & agencies
• Ensure brand alignment and quality control on all influencer-generated content
• Build and maintain an influencer database and campaign dashboards

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in media, entertainment, or agency environment
• Strong understanding of YouTube, Instagram, and short-form video platforms
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Data-driven approach with experience using analytics tools
