Bold Media, a fast-growing digital-first political YouTube news channel with 6M+ subscribers, is looking for a Digital Ad Sales Specialist to boost revenue growth through strategic partnerships and impactful digital ad campaigns.
Generate new leads and build a strong sales pipeline for digital advertising solutions
Manage end-to-end sales processes — from prospecting to closing high-value deals
Collaborate with the content & marketing teams to create compelling branded content proposals
Develop and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and partners
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
2-5 years of proven experience in digital advertising sales or business development
Strong ability to generate leads and close deals
Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills
Passion for digital media, political content, and advertising trends
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced digital environment
