Job Description

As an Influencer Marketing Manager at Zevo, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of the company through influencer partnerships, digital campaigns, and community-building efforts. Your responsibilities will include: - **Influencer Strategy**: You will define and execute the influencer marketing roadmap across various digital channels such as Instagram, YouTube, and parenting communities, focusing on app downloads, engagement, and subscriber growth. - **Campaign Ideation**: Your role will involve conceptualizing and launching high-impact influencer and parent-led campaigns that resonate with families, create cultural relevance, and drive measurable results. - **Content Leadership**: You will oversee influencer collaborations, reels, user-generated content (UGC), and branded content to ensure alignment with Zevo's mission and brand voice. - **Trend Spotting**: Research parenting content trends, competitor playbooks, and influencer best practices to keep Zevo ahead of the curve. - **Community Partnerships**: Collaborate with parenting coaches, psychologists, early learning experts, and mom/dad influencers to create authentic and trusted brand visibility. - **Negotiation & Relationship Management**: Lead negotiations with influencers, agencies, and talent managers to secure cost-effective, high-impact collaborations while fostering long-term relationships. - **Event Marketing**: Plan and execute virtual parenting webinars, offline meetups, and influencer-led community events to deepen brand engagement. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with performance marketing, content, design, and product teams to integrate influencer marketing with larger brand campaigns. - **Analytics & Optimization**: Beyond vanity metrics, you will track customer acquisition cost (CAC) impact, retention uplift, and engagement quality, and optimize campaigns for sustainable growth. **Requirements & Qualifications:** - **Experience**: Minimum 3+ years in influencer marketing/brand partnerships, preferably in D2C, parenting, edtech, or wellness apps/brands. - **Domain Edge**: Strong understanding of digital consumer behavior, especially in parenting and lifestyle audiences. - **Execution Ownership**: Ability to independently drive campaigns end-to-end with minimal direction. - **Networking Skills**: Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and influencer management capabilities. - **Analytical Skills**: Data-driven with proven experience in ROI measurement, reporting, and optimization. - **Communication**: Excellent written, spoken, and presentation skills. - **Negotiation Skills**: Proven ability to negotiate contracts, rates, and deliverables with influencers and agencies while ensuring brand value. - **Bonus**: Prior experience in building influencer-led communities, managing social pages, or working with parenting experts.
