Job Description Media Manager Department: Marketing Reports to: Media Team Leader Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Media Manager to join our marketing team. The roles primary focus is on content integration, idea generation, and sponsorship evaluation, with strong expertise in digital media strategy and execution. Knowledge of traditional media (TV, OOH) is an added advantage, but not a mandatory requirement. Reporting & Insights - Deliver reports highlighting ROI from content integrations and sponsorships - Benchmark against industry standards and competitor activations - Share insights to fuel future media innovation and idea development Qualifications & Experience - Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Media, Advertising, or a related field. - 8+ years experience in media management with a strong focus on content, sponsorships, and digital media. - Proven expertise in evaluating and executing sponsorships and integrations. - Exposure to TV and OOH media is a plus, not mandatory. - Strong skills in analytics and performance reporting. - Deep understanding of Indian consumer behavior and media landscape. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
