We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Media Manager to join our marketing team. The roles primary focus is on content integration, idea generation, and sponsorship evaluation, with strong expertise in digital media strategy and execution. Knowledge of traditional media (TV, OOH) is an added advantage, but not a mandatory requirement. The Media Manager will be responsible for delivering high-impact, multi-channel strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and measurable ROI.
- Develop integrated media strategies aligned with business objectives and consumer insights
- Recommend the right mix across digital channels, sponsorships, and content integrations - Drive innovation in partnerships to create differentiated brand presence
- Lead content-led integrations across OTT, TV shows, social platforms, and publisher ecosystems
- Evaluate and manage sponsorship opportunities, ensuring ROI and strategic fit - Proactively develop big ideas and innovative formats that connect with consumers in culturally relevant ways - Negotiate with partners to unlock maximum value from integrations and sponsorships
- Manage seamless execution of campaigns with content and sponsorships at the core
- Collaborate with internal teams, creative partners, and agencies for smooth delivery - Ensure timelines and budgets are managed effectively
- Use advanced analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, DV360, DCM, platform dashboards) to assess performance
- Track campaign ROI with a focus on content integration and sponsorship impact - Continuously refine approaches based on insights and industry benchmarks
- Handle multiple campaigns, sponsorships, and partnerships simultaneously
- Align with internal stakeholders and agencies to ensure consistency and effectiveness - Maintain accountability for execution excellence
- Deliver reports highlighting ROI from content integrations and sponsorships
- Benchmark against industry standards and competitor activations - Share insights to fuel future media innovation and idea development
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Media, Advertising, or a related field.
- 8+ years experience in media management with a strong focus on content, sponsorships, and digital media. - Proven expertise in evaluating and executing sponsorships and integrations. - Exposure to TV and OOH media is a plus, not mandatory. - Strong skills in analytics and performance reporting. - Deep understanding of Indian consumer behavior and media landscape. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
