Job Description

Outreach & Partnerships Intern

Key Responsibilities

1. Outreach & Relationship Building

  • Identify, research, and connect with CXOs, industry leaders, founders, and corporate teams for magazine features, interviews, and event participation.
  • Manage outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and calls.
  • Maintain a database of leads, outreach status, and partnership opportunities.

2. Promotion of Magazine & Features

  • Promote CXO Magazine editions, spotlight stories, and award events to relevant business communities.
  • Assist in onboarding companies and leaders who wish to be featured.
  • Drive engagement and awareness across digital channels.

3. Partnership Development

  • Work with incubators, accelerators, startup hubs, and corporate innovation teams to build long-term partnerships.
  • Support collaboration initiatives for content, sponsorships, and co-branded campaigns.

4. Content Coordination

  • Coordinate with the editorial and design teams to collect profiles, bios, images, and interview responses from CXO participants.
  • Support content scheduling, follow-ups, and publication timelines.

5. Event Promotion (If Applicable)

  • Help promote CXO awards, webinars, launches, and networking events.
  • Assist with attendee outreach and confirmations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills (English required; Hindi/Telugu is a plus).
  • Confident in reaching out to senior leaders and corporate professionals.
  • Basic knowledge of LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, or CRM tools.
  • Highly organized with good follow-up skills.
  • Interest in media, branding, or corporate communication.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in student clubs, PR cells, marketing associations, or event promotion.
  • Prior internship experience in marketing/outreach is a bonus.
  • Ability to create simple promotional content (posts, messages, briefs).
