Job Description

Role Summary

Job Title:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with, and the ability to handle statutory compliances and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, P&L, and monthly MIS reports.
Handle GST, TDS, PF, PT, and other statutory compliance filings.
Process vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliation of accounts.
Conduct bank reconciliation and maintain accurate cash flow records.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and expense monitoring.
Validate supporting documents and ensure proper documentation for audits.
Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors during audits.
Maintain updated accounting records and ensure accuracy in financial data.
Support management in any ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
2- 10 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliances.
Proficiency in Zoho Books,Tally, QuickBooks, or other accounting software.
Good knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
Attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
