Senior Creative Strategist

Role Summary

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy and Ideation

• Lead creative duties across multiple brands including campaign planning, content strategy, scriptwriting, and copywriting.
• Develop innovative concepts, storylines, ads, digital campaigns, and pitch ideas for various industries.
• Drive high-level creative ideation for new business pitches in collaboration with the business development team.
• Present complete creative plans, campaign decks, and script narrations to clients with clarity and confidence.

Campaign Excellence

• Ensure all creative output meets industry benchmarks for storytelling, innovation, and quality.
• Maintain consistency in creative direction across campaigns and deliverables.

Creative Collaboration and Team Leadership

• Work daily with the integrated strategy and client servicing teams on briefs, revisions, and campaign workflows.
• Provide visual and conceptual guidance to the graphic design, editing, and production teams.
• Break down briefs for junior creatives, guide them through execution, and ensure a smooth workflow.

End-to-End Production Involvement

• Participate actively in the full production process from idea development to scripting, shoots, and final delivery.
• Offer creative supervision during shoots when required to maintain brand consistency and storytelling clarity.
• Work with post-production to ensure edits align with the intended tone and creative direction.

Research and Trend Mapping

• Conduct thorough research on brands, target audiences, competition, and category insights.
• Stay updated with trends in advertising, digital storytelling, AI-led content creation, and pop culture.
• Proactively recommend topical ideas, moment marketing opportunities, and culturally relevant content strategies.

• Understanding of target audiences and how to create content that resonates
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and good familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of moment marketing and the ability to recommend timely, relevant ideas

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Mass Media, Journalism, Marketing, Film, or related creative disciplines
• 3 to 4 years of proven experience in a creative agency, production house, or digital marketing environment
• A portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking, campaign work, scripts, and creative strategy is required
