As a Sr. Creative Strategist, your role involves leading creative efforts for multiple brands across various industries. Your responsibilities include: - Leading creative efforts such as campaign planning, ideation, scriptwriting, and copywriting for different brands. - Supervising a team of 4-5 junior creatives, providing direction for successful execution of ideas. - Collaborating with the New Business team for creative ideation and developing showcase for pitches. - Presenting campaign plans and scripts to clients while ensuring clarity and alignment with brand goals. - Maintaining high creative standards aiming for award-winning quality and applying for recognition. - Providing clear visual direction to the graphic design team for concepts and ideas. - Understanding and communicating project briefs to junior creatives for efficient processes. - Managing feedback and revisions based on internal and external inputs within practical timelines. - Actively involving in all production stages from ideation to final product upload for various creative outputs. - Conducting thorough research on brands, competitors, and target audiences for comprehensive understanding. - Staying updated on industry developments, news, and online trends for cutting-edge creative solutions.
