Sales Consultant

Your role impacts ZoomMantra’s growth by ensuring our sales pipeline stays strong, active, and filled with high-potential clients.
You will be responsible for connecting with:

Brand CMOs
Marketing Heads Advertising Agencies Event & Media Companies

Call Pitch Fix Meetings Support Sales Closure

Key Responsibilities

A. Core Functional Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to brand CMOs, marketing heads, agency leads & decision-makers.
  • Fix high-quality meetings for the national sales team and leadership.
  • Pitch ZoomMantra’s offerings confidently — ad films, AI campaigns, celebrity endorsements, corporate videos & e-commerce content.
  • Maintain a daily calling schedule and achieve weekly meeting-fixing targets.
  • Understand client needs during calls and route them to the right sales leader.
  • Keep detailed records of all interactions, follow-ups, and meeting confirmations.

B. Strategic Contribution

  • Strengthen ZoomMantra’s presence by connecting with brand decision-makers across India.
  • Build strong initial rapport that supports the sales team in closures.
  • Identify high-potential brands and industries for new outreach.
  • Support business growth by ensuring a consistent, predictable meeting pipeline.
  • Provide market insights, brand activity updates & competitor intelligence from your interactions.

C. Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Coordinate with the

    Sales Team

    for meeting calendars, follow-ups & conversions.
  • Work with the

    Creative Team

    to share client requirements gathered during calls.
  • Sync with the

    Production Team

    for capability updates to pitch during calls.
  • Collaborate with the

    Marketing Team

    for lead flow, calling scripts & outreach campaigns.

Who We’re Looking For

  • 1–5 years of experience in sales, telesales, business development, or client communication.
  • Excellent spoken English & Hindi communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of advertising, events, and media industry preferred (not mandatory).
  • Confident on the phone, able to pitch clearly and professionally.
  • Target-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working remotely.
  • Good listener with the ability to build instant rapport.
  • Professional attitude and strong follow-up discipline.
