Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

• Creative Duties: Lead creative efforts across multiple brands from various industries, including campaign planning, ideation, scriptwriting, and copywriting.
• Team Management: Supervise a team of 4-5 junior creatives, providing direction and ensuring successful execution of ideas.
• New Business Collaboration: Partner with the New Business team on creative ideation and developing a creative showcase for pitches.
• Client Presentations: Present campaign plans and scripts to clients, ensuring clarity and alignment with brand goals.
• Award-Winning Standards: Maintain high creative standards, aiming for award-winning quality, and apply for awards to gain recognition for the team.
• Visual Direction: Provide clear visual direction to the graphic design team for any concept or idea.
• Brief Breakdown: Understand and communicate project briefs to junior creatives, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Feedback and Revisions: Manage revisions based on internal and external feedback, setting practical timelines that balance ideation and client goals.
• Production Oversight: Be actively involved in all stages of production, from ideation to final product upload, whether for events, shoots, posts, or other creative outputs.
• Research and Awareness: Conduct thorough research on brands, competitors, and target audiences to ensure comprehensive understanding of brand needs.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry developments, news, and online trends to ensure cutting-edge creative solutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹364,599.33 - ₹1,064,085.13 per year
