Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Content Editor with experience in the real estate sector to review, edit, and enhance content for property listings, brochures, websites, blogs, and marketing materials. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for accuracy, grammar, and brand consistency, along with an understanding of real estate terminology.

Key Responsibilities:

Review, edit, and proofread content created for property descriptions, project profiles, brochures, blogs, website pages, and marketing campaigns.

Ensure all content is aligned with brand tone, project details, and marketing objectives.

Check the accuracy of property features, amenities, location highlights, and project USPs.

Edit and refine SEO content including articles, metadata, and keyword placement.

Collaborate with the content writers, design team, and marketing team to improve clarity, structure, and quality.

Maintain content quality guidelines and ensure consistency across platforms.

Rewrite or restructure content to make it more engaging, persuasive, and user-friendly.

Ensure all edited content is error-free, well-formatted, and delivered within timelines.

Conduct quality checks for all marketing collateral before publishing.

Required Skills:

Strong editing, proofreading, and rewriting skills.

Excellent command over English (Hindi optional as per requirement).

Deep understanding of real estate terminology and ability to simplify complex concepts.

Familiarity with SEO guidelines and keyword optimization.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Sharp eye for detail, grammar, tone, and accuracy.

Ability to manage multiple content pieces and meet deadlines.
