We are hiring Sales Professional for our Organization Realty HQ

Job Summary:

The Senior Manager Real Estate Sales will lead and manage the sales operations of residential and/or commercial real estate projects. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, formulating sales strategies, managing high-performing sales teams, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the real estate market, excellent leadership skills, and a proven record in achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to refine go-to-market strategies.

Team Leadership

  • Manage and motivate a team of sales managers and executives to ensure high performance.
  • Set individual and team KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide ongoing training.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Identify and nurture relationships with high-value clients, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Oversee negotiations and closing of high-value deals.

Project & Inventory Management

  • Coordinate with project, marketing, and finance teams to align inventory availability, pricing, and promotions.
  • Monitor project-wise sales velocity and recommend adjustments to pricing or strategy.

Lead Management & CRM

  • Ensure optimal lead conversion through effective lead management systems and follow-up processes.
  • Analyze sales funnel data and provide actionable insights.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback for senior leadership.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve conversion rates and sales performance.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all sales transactions comply with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee proper documentation and coordination with legal and finance teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2-12 years of real estate sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in residential or commercial real estate.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office; experience with Salesforce, Zoho, or similar platforms is an advantage.
