Key Responsibilities:


Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet company revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Create and implement sales plans, campaigns, and initiatives tailored to the real estate market.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives.
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to optimize individual and team productivity.
  • Set clear sales goals and performance metrics for the team.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and business partners.
  • Oversee and support negotiations and the closing process for high-value real estate deals.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Sales Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Track sales performance, analyze KPIs, and report results to senior management.
  • Use CRM tools to manage customer data, track leads, and measure sales pipeline health.
  • Provide regular updates on market trends, competitor activity, and sales forecasts.

Business Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities and lead efforts to secure new clients and projects.
  • Promote the companys portfolio of real estate assets and expand the customer base.
  • Attend industry events, network with potential clients, and build the companys brand presence.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record in leadership and sales management.
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, including trends, legal regulations, and industry standards.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
