Content Editor

As a Content Editor at our company, you will have the opportunity to lead small teams of content authors, ensuring that all deliverables are of the highest quality and always delivered on time. Your role will involve defining development processes, reviewing all work to maintain quality standards, and providing necessary training and feedback to the authors. Communication with team members and proactive issue identification will be key responsibilities. Additionally, you will align team objectives with organizational goals and be accountable for all deliverables. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage small teams of 2 to 5 content authors, overseeing the editing process to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables - Establish and enhance development processes to increase productivity and efficiency - Review all content for accuracy, language quality, and overall coherence, providing necessary feedback and training to authors - Maintain open communication with team members to support their success and address any concerns - Conduct regular meetings with the team to track progress on deliverables - Identify and address potential issues that could impact schedule or quality - Align team members" career goals with organizational objectives - Take responsibility for all deliverables, both individual and team-related Qualifications Required: - Exceptional written communication skills - Proficiency in copy editing - Ability to conduct research in diverse subject areas - Strong training and mentoring capabilities - Excellent listening, facilitation, and advisory skills - Capacity to manage deadlines and responsibilities effectively - Demonstrated expertise in people management - Strong multitasking abilities - Proficiency in analytical thinking - Familiarity with international standards such as ISO/SEI and e-learning standards like AICC/SCORM is advantageous - Good understanding of technology Join us in this challenging role where you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and timeliness of instructional content production.,
