Key Responsibilities Influencer Research & Outreach: Identify relevant creators based on campaign briefs, niches, audience data, and content aesthetics. Campaign Coordination: Support the team in briefing influencers, collecting content, reviewing drafts, and ensuring timely delivery. Trendspotting & Ideation: Research platform trends, viral formats, and campaign pegs that brands can leverage. Database Management: Maintain and update influencer rosters, rate cards, engagement metrics, and category-wise tagging. Client & Creator Communication: Support day-to-day campaign updates, content coordination, and client-side reporting. Performance Tracking: Help in reporting KPIs, views, engagement, ROI, and compiling post-campaign analysis. Ideal Candidate A current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Mass Comm, Media, or related field. Highly active on social media – you understand content formats, platforms, and influencers deeply. Passionate about creators, trends, brand storytelling, and digital marketing. Fast learner, excellent communicator, and detail-obsessed. knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and Canva Hungry to learn, ready to hustle, and looking for a long-term career in this space.
