Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Influencer Marketing to lead our influencer marketing vertical. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a deep understanding of digital culture, platform dynamics, and campaign strategy. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end influencer marketing initiatives while leading a team of campaign managers and marketers. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies for brand campaigns across various industries. Lead and mentor a team of influencer marketers and campaign managers. Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with influencers, creators, talent managers, and platform partners. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, creative, and content teams to deliver cohesive, high-performing campaigns. Monitor digital trends, emerging platforms, and engagement best practices to keep campaigns ahead of the curve. Ensure timely delivery and execution of campaigns with strong focus on performance and ROI. Present campaign reports, insights, and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. Requirements 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, or campaign strategy (agency or brand-side). Proven track record of leading or managing influencer campaigns end-to-end. Strong understanding of platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging creator channels.
