Salary: ₹3.6 LPA – ₹4.6 LPA (In-hand) based on experience

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll play a key role in shaping our client partnerships, creating opportunities where stories and strategies collide. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect brands across verticals like beauty, lifestyle, fashion, tech, F&B, wellness, and more
• Initiate contact through cold calls, emails, and social outreach (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and track conversions
• Schedule and lead pitch meetings, helping clients visualize their brand potential through influencer-led storytelling
• Collaborate with campaign and strategy teams to align client goals with execution
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
• Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, brand campaigns, and digital innovations

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-3 years of experience in sales, client acquisition, or agency business development
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confident personality with strong storytelling and pitching ability
• Ability to work independently, own your pipeline, and follow through
• Hunger to grow in a startup-style, fast-paced environment
