Position:Influencer Marketing Sales Executive ( Sales)

Location: Dwarka Sec-7 , New Delhi (Work from Office Only)

Experience: 2–3 years in Sales ( Influencer marketing or Digital Marketing agency experience only )

Compensation: ₹3.6 LPA – ₹4.6 LPA + Performance Incentives


About the Role


We’re on the lookout for a dynamic, target-driven Sales Specialist to join our Influencer Marketing team at The Fame Tales. If you're someone who thrives on building brand partnerships, understands the pulse of digital audiences, and knows how to turn conversations into conversions — this role is for you.


You'll be at the forefront of shaping impactful influencer campaigns for brands, bringing in fresh business, and playing a strategic role in growing our client base.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify & Onboard Brands: Prospect and bring in new clients looking for influencer marketing solutions, from D2C brands to lifestyle startups.
  • Client Consultation: Understand brand goals and pain points, and build custom influencer marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Campaign Ownership: Manage the entire campaign lifecycle — from ideation and influencer selection to execution and reporting.
  • Strategic Negotiation: Drive pricing and deliverables discussions to strike deals that are both profitable and performance-driven.
  • Trend-Driven Strategy: Stay ahead of platform trends and industry movements to position our solutions with a future-forward approach.
  • Performance Monitoring: Work closely with execution teams to track campaign success, compile reports, and present post-campaign insights.
  • Pipeline Management- Build a strong pipeline of client and ensure target are closed as defined for month/quarter/year.


What We’re Looking For


  • Experience: 2–3 years in sales, influencer marketing, or digital media.
  • Communication: Excellent pitch, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Network: Prior connections with brands, agencies, or influencers are a strong plus.
  • Digital Fluency: In-depth understanding of Instagram, YouTube, influencer marketing tools, and analytics.
  • Mindset: Self-starter with a growth-focused, relationship-building approach.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Comm, or a related field.
