Influencer Marketing Executive

Role Overview

The Influencer Marketing Executive will be responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of influencer campaigns. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, creativity, data-driven decision-making, and a solid understanding of social media ecosystems. You will work closely with influencers, agencies, and internal teams to deliver high-impact campaigns for our clients on InfluencerHai.com.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Identification & Relationship Management

  • Identify, shortlist, and onboard influencers across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) based on campaign requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, and talent managers.
  • Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and pricing for campaigns.
  • Build and manage a strong creator community for InfluencerHai.com.

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop campaign strategies aligned with client goals and brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, target audience, KPIs, and creative direction.
  • Manage end-to-end execution including briefing, content review, approvals, timelines, and posting schedules.
  • Ensure timely and quality delivery of influencer content.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools and internal dashboards.
  • Analyze KPIs such as engagement, reach, impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
  • Prepare campaign reports and provide insights & recommendations for improvement.
  • Optimize ongoing and future campaigns based on data.

Market & Trend Research

  • Stay updated with influencer marketing trends, platform updates, creator insights, and competitor activities.
  • Identify new categories, niches, and emerging creators for potential collaborations.
  • Contribute ideas for innovative partnerships and content formats.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media management.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, creator economy, and influencer trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in campaign performance tracking.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Added advantage: Experience working on an influencer platform or agency side.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, YouTube Studio.
  • Content evaluation and brand alignment skills.
  • Creative briefing and storytelling experience.
