Key Responsibilities

• Handle

  initial client interactions

  via call, email, and online meetings.
• Understand client requirements and pitch suitable InfluencerHai solutions.
• Convert qualified leads into business and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Generate new leads proactively through research, outreach, and networking.
• Work closely with the internal team for proposals, quotations, and campaign planning.
• Manage follow-ups, negotiations, and closures to meet monthly revenue targets.
• Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
  

Skills & Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in

  Sales / Business Development

  (agency experience preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills.
• Ability to pitch services like Influencer Marketing, Celebrity Endorsement, UGC, and Video Production.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
• Experience in

  influencer marketing or digital marketing agency

  is a strong
