Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and collaborate with influencers across macro, micro, and nano categories.
• Plan, execute, and manage monthly influencer campaigns.
• Create detailed campaign briefs, negotiate deliverables, and ensure timely execution.
• Track campaign performance including reach, engagement, and sales metrics.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing with established connects with influencers.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and digital trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Data-driven mindset with strong creative thinking.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in healthcare, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
• Existing network of influencers.
• Basic video editing and content ideation skills.
• Managed 4-5Lakh/m of influencer marketing budget with a strong ROI delivery.
