Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and creative Influencer Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in identifying, sourcing, and managing influencers from initial outreach to campaign closure. The candidate should also be capable of planning monthly influencer calendars and should be well-versed in handling platforms like Instagram and YouTube. Key Responsibilities: Identify, research, and source relevant influencers (macro, micro, and nano) across Instagram and YouTube. Initiate communication and negotiate collaboration terms with influencers. Manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns – from onboarding to campaign execution and post-campaign analysis. Create and maintain a monthly influencer collaboration calendar aligned with brand campaigns. Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and content creators. Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, ROI) and prepare campaign reports. Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, sales) to ensure smooth execution of influencer campaigns. Stay updated with current influencer trends, viral content, and social media updates. Assist in managing brand’s Instagram and YouTube accounts, including uploading content, captions, hashtags, and scheduling posts. Requirements: Proven experience in influencer marketing or social media marketing. Strong knowledge of Instagram and YouTube trends, tools, and algorithms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Proficiency in basic data tracking and reporting (Google Sheets, Excel, etc.).
