Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and creative Influencer Marketing Intern to support our marketing team in building brand presence through Instagram influencer collaborations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of influencer marketing trends, Instagram engagement strategies, and excellent coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify relevant Instagram influencers across various niches as per brand campaigns.
• Reach out to potential influencers and onboard them for collaborations.
• Handle end-to-end influencer campaign execution – from outreach, negotiation, briefing, and coordination to content delivery and campaign tracking.
• Maintain a database of influencers and update regularly with engagement metrics and performance history.
• Monitor campaign performance, collect insights, and help generate post-campaign reports.
• Support the team in planning and brainstorming creative influencer campaign ideas.
• Ensure all influencer content aligns with the brand’s guidelines and deadlines.
• Coordinate product dispatch and ensure timely delivery to influencers.
