Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can create compelling visual content across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in logo design, social media creatives, posters, flyers, packaging, and print design, along with the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/printers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design logos, flyers, posters, social media posts, and packaging as per brand guidelines and campaign requirements.
• Create print-ready designs for marketing and branding materials.
• Develop innovative and visually appealing concepts for product and promotional designs.
• Coordinate with the sales team to understand marketing needs and customize visuals accordingly.
• Liaise with the purchase team for packaging-related inputs and specifications.
• Collaborate with printers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate printing and production.
• Maintain consistency in branding across all design outputs.
• Take ownership of multiple design projects from concept to final execution.
• Stay updated with current trends in design, color, typography, and print technology.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (1–3 years preferred).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Experience in print and packaging design is essential.
• Strong understanding of color theory, layout, and typography.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple design projects under tight deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and a strong creative flair.
