Join our rapidly growing multi-brand e-commerce company specializing in innovative pet products. With month-over-month growth across Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok Shop, we're scaling our creator partnerships to fuel continued expansion across our portfolio of beloved pet brands.
We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Influencer Content Coordinator to own the full lifecycle of our micro-influencer and UGC partnerships.
• Month 1: Establish a steady flow of 10-20 pieces of raw UGC content per week across our brand portfolio • Month 3: Maintain a pipeline that helps the team deliver 30+ usable content pieces weekly to fuel our PPC testing and organic content calendar
• Month 6: Scale to 30+ weekly content pieces from a diverse creator base, ensuring we never run short of fresh creative for ad testing and social media
Creator Pipeline Management
• Research and identify aligned micro-influencers (1K–20K followers) on TikTok who genuinely love pets and align with our brand values
• Execute strategic outreach while personalizing for higher response rates
• Track all outreach metrics and creator lifecycle stages in a project management systems
Seamless Creator Onboarding
• Guide creators through signing collaboration agreements and ensure 100% compliance • Coordinate product selection and shipping logistics with our fulfillment team
• Create exceptional first impressions that lead to long-term creator relationships
Content Strategy & Quality Control
• Conduct briefing calls to communicate brand voice, key messaging, and content expectations specific to each product/brand
• Serve as primary creator liaison throughout the content creation process
• Perform quality assessments on raw footage before handoff to post-production team
Operations Excellence
• Maintain organized content filing systems in Google Drive with clear naming conventions
• Provide weekly pipeline reports and creator performance insights
• Continuously optimize workflows for scalability and creator satisfaction
• 1-2+ years managing creator relationships, UGC campaigns, or content partnerships (agency or in-house)
• Proven track record with TikTok and Instagram creator ecosystems
• Experience with influencer agreements and collaboration workflows
• Strong project management skills with multiple concurrent workstreams
• Communication: Clear, friendly, and professional across calls, DMs, and emails
• Organization: Systems-minded approach to managing complex workflows
• Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram content trends
• Tools Proficiency: Google Workspace, Airtable/Notion, and project management platforms
• Experience in pet industry or lifestyle brands
• Multi-brand or agency background
• Basic understanding of content performance metrics
• Experience with creator contract negotiations
