Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with 1-3 years of experience to join our team as an Industrial Training - Winter Batch member in the Hotels & Restaurants industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist in managing daily operations for smooth service delivery.
Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance employee skills.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Analyze customer feedback to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of training sessions and participant progress.
Identify areas for improvement and suggest process enhancements.

Job Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Basic knowledge of hospitality industry practices and procedures is required.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges.
