Job Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibility:▪ Simulate and analyze manufacturing processes and warehouse operations using FlexSim discrete event simulation tool.▪ Develop accurate and detailed simulation models that replicate real-world manufacturing and logistics systems.▪ Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to support the development, validation, and refinement of simulation models.▪ Conduct “what-if” scenario analyses, capacity planning, and system optimization studies to support decision-making.▪ Present findings and actionable insights through data visualizations, dashboards, and comprehensive technical reports.▪ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, and Quality to define simulation objectives and deliver impactful solutions.▪ Support continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending data-driven improvements.▪ Contribute to New Product Introduction (NPI) activities by evaluating and integrating new processes into existing operations through simulation studies.▪ Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members, sharing best practices in simulation modelling and process optimization.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial/Automobile Engineering.
• Industrial Engineer with 2 - 4 years of experience in process optimization, FlexSim simulation, and Lean practices to support production efficiency and NPI initiatives.
