Industrial Engineer

In this role, you will be responsible for process optimization by conducting time and motion studies to enhance work methods, minimize waste, and boost productivity. You will also be involved in designing efficient factory layouts, production lines, and workstations to reduce material movement and transportation. Key Responsibilities: - Set production targets, plan line balancing, and monitor output to meet production needs and quality standards - Analyze and report on KPIs, operator performance, and production bottlenecks to identify improvement areas - Collaborate with quality inspectors and operators to uphold high-quality production standards and reduce defects - Develop training programs for employees and ensure the implementation of safety measures and proper workstation design - Identify and eliminate waste, from materials and time to defects and overproduction Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in core techniques and tools such as time study, motion study, line balancing, capacity study, and lean manufacturing tools - Experience in monitoring and reporting on Key Performance Indicators to track progress and make data-driven decisions The company follows Lean manufacturing principles and utilizes techniques like 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping to streamline workflows and eliminate non-value-added activities.
