Special Projects: Oversee product transfer projects from global competence centers, ensuring smooth integration of processes, equipment, and technologies. Implement and standardize lean manufacturing practices (Kaizen, CIP, TPM) to drive operational excellence. responsibilities Ensure compliance with ISO standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 18001. Technical Skills: Proven experience in industrialization of new products and global production transfers. Strong expertise in CAPEX planning, equipment localization, and facility projects. Deep knowledge of lean manufacturing, process optimization, and operational excellence methodologies. Familiarity with ISO standards and regulatory compliance for manufacturing facilities. Proficiency in SAP PP, MES, and other digital manufacturing tools. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and developing engineering teams.
