Accessories Store Manager In-Charge

• Inventory Management & Control:
• Oversee all daily store operations and ensure efficient workflow.
• Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including stock control, and implement systems for efficient storage and distribution.
• Plan and conduct regular, periodical physical inventory counts and reconcile them with the data storage system (e.g., ERP).Must be knowledge
• Generate and forward monthly inventory statements and inventory cards (maximum, minimum, reorder, and MSL levels) to the department head and relevant persons.
• Implement and monitor safety and security procedures and protocols within the store.
• Receiving & Issuance:
• Oversee the receipt of all incoming trims and accessories from suppliers.
• Inspect incoming goods for quality, quantity, and any discrepancies or damages, and get approval from the concerned merchandiser or department.
• Raise necessary documentation like Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) or Material Received Reports (MRR).
• Coordinate with the Production Manager to ensure timely issuance of trims and accessories to the production floor.
• Manage the logistics of incoming and outgoing shipments and follow up for materials related to running shipments.
• Quality and Compliance:
• Ensure that the correct accessories are used in the apparel production process to maintain effective quality control.
• Monitor quality checks of materials and ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordination & Reporting:
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and merchandising teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Prepare and review regular reports on inventory, stock movement, and damages for management review.
• Manage and supervise store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
