• Smooth day-to-day store operations
• Proper storage and labeling of accessories

• Store organization and cleanliness score
• No operational delays due to store issues
• Compliance with internal SOPs

3. Issue, Receipt & Return Handling

KRAs:

• Timely issue of accessories to production/department
• Proper handling of receipts and returns

KPIs:

• 100% documentation for issue/receipt/return
• Zero unauthorized issue
• Return processing within defined timeline

4. Documentation & Reporting

KRAs:

• Accurate record keeping
• Timely reporting to management

KPIs:

• Daily/weekly/monthly reports submitted on time
• Error-free registers and system entries
• Audit-ready documentation

5. Cost & Wastage Control

KRAs:

• Control wastage, loss, and pilferage
• Efficient utilization of accessories

KPIs:

• Reduction in wastage %
• No material loss incidents
• Variance within approved limits

6. Coordination & Communication

KRAs:

• Coordination with Purchase, Production, and Stores
• Vendor and internal team communication

KPIs:

• No production stoppage due to accessories shortage
• Timely coordination for replenishment
• Positive feedback from internal departments

7. Compliance & Audit Support

KRAs:

• Compliance with company policies and audit requirements

• Zero major audit non-conformities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
