Manager Industrial Engineering to lead continuous improvement, capacity planning, productivity enhancements, and lean initiatives in our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in process engineering, time studies, plant layout, and project execution. Key Responsibilities: Lead Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering activities across the plant. Optimize manufacturing cycle times, resource planning, and process routings. Execute productivity improvement projects including time & method studies (MOST), lean projects, and low-cost automation. Drive kaizen, visual management, and waste elimination strategies. Plan and improve plant layout, capacity utilization, and flow of material. Monitor and report manufacturing KPIs and MIS on a regular basis. Work with cross-functional teams for implementation of jigs, fixtures, and conveyor systems. Required Skills & Attributes: Strong understanding of time & method study, productivity improvement, and costing. Expertise in lean tools, capacity planning, and process optimization. Working knowledge of AutoCAD and SAP / SAP B1. Hands-on experience in industrial/plant engineering within HVAC or similar industries. Effective communicator and a collaborative team player.

Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering is mandatory, Master's degree is preferred. - Thorough understanding of Industrial Engineering concepts, practices, and principles. - Previous experience in wafer fabrication is highly desirable. - Strong communication skills (verbal, interpersonal, written). - Proficient in Project Management. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills (6Sigma / 5S / Lean Manufacturing). - Competent in utilizing software models to resolve complex problems. - Team player with attention to detail, ability to collaborate effectively, and perform well under pressure. - Proficiency in conducting on-site time studies. - Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. - Proactive, independent, self-driven, and motivated to achieve goals. - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, semiconductor industry experience is advantageous.
