Industrial Engineer

As an Industrial Engineer at our company, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and optimizing systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity. By applying engineering principles, data analysis, and lean methodologies, you will contribute to improving the overall performance of our organization. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze current production and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. - Design and implement systems to optimize workflow, reduce costs, and enhance quality. - Utilize time studies, simulations, and process mapping to evaluate and enhance production methods. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as production, quality, logistics, and maintenance. - Implement lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement tools. - Develop detailed documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. - Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making. - Assist in layout design, resource allocation, and capacity planning. - Recommend and support the implementation of automation technologies where applicable. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and project management skills.
