Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, reduce costs, and

ensure consistent quality.

• Conduct time & motion studies, capacity planning, and line balancing to enhance

production efficiency.

• Develop and implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and Continuous Improvement

initiatives.

• Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.

• Support new product introductions (NPI) by developing layouts, tooling plans, and

manpower requirements.

• Evaluate equipment performance and identify opportunities for automation or process

improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks and improve workflow.

• Perform cost analysis for process changes, layout modifications, and capital investments.

• Monitor OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and other KPIs to drive performance

improvements.

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality management systems.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech

• Experience: 3- 6 years in Industrial Engineering or Process Improvement within the Consumer Durable / Appliance / Electronics / Automotive manufacturing sector.

• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Strong ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
