Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR professional to lead the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) function. The incumbent will be responsible for driving end-to-end C&B processes, including salary benchmarking, payroll governance, statutory compliance, and the design and administration of compensation and benefit structures. The role demands a strong understanding of industry trends, regulatory frameworks, and operational excellence to ensure competitive and compliant total rewards offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead salary benchmarking and C&B strategy aligned with market trends and internal equity
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing with 100% accuracy and compliance
  • Ensure adherence to all statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.)
  • Manage employee benefits programs and optimize cost-effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for audits, budgeting, and process improvements
