Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Indian Curry Chef to join our team in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience and a strong background in cooking authentic Indian cuisine.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes, including curries, biryanis, and tandoori items.
Maintain high levels of food quality and presentation standards.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance culinary offerings.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean kitchen environment.
Manage inventory of spices, herbs, and other ingredients used in Indian cooking.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an Indian Curry Chef or similar role in a reputable establishment.
Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, including different types of curries, biryanis, and tandoori dishes.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances used in commercial settings.
Ability to adapt to changing menus and recipes.
