Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Indian Commi II to join our team at The Fern Residency. This role is suitable for candidates with 0-2 years of experience, offering the opportunity to learn and grow with our establishment.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
Develop new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the culinary experience.
Participate in inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to food safety and quality control.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interaction.
Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils, with willingness to learn and adapt.
Familiarity with food preparation techniques, ingredients, and cooking methods.
Attention to detail for high-quality presentation and taste.
Adaptability to changing situations and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
