Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Indian Commi 2nd to join our team at The Fern Residency in the Hospitality industry. Candidates with 0-1 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist the Chef de Partie in planning and preparing high-quality dishes.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
Develop new recipes and menus to enhance the dining experience.
Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing costs.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances, including ovens, refrigerators, and dish washing machines.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
Knowledge of food safety protocols and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
